Thank you for your business!! We hope you love your purchase but we understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out! Here's what you need to know if that's your case:

All regular price items are eligible for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of purchase.

If you need to make a return please ship to

You may also email us at shopclosetchicboutique@gmail.com with the email title Return + your order # to receive a return label that will be deducted from your store credit. 

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

SALE items cannot be returned.  

Gift Cards may not be returned.

Items must have the tags still attached to be eligible for return.

Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT. 

Your store credit will be sent to the email address associated with the order. 

 Damages

We check all items before shipping them out, however, we understand mistakes can be made. If you happen to receive a damaged item please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Tags must be attached and item must be unworn. Please email us at shopclosetchicboutique@gmail.com with photos of the damaged area immediately.

Securely repackage your items. 

You may use the shipping carrier of your choice and will be responsible for paying postage. Please keep a record of the tracking number. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. If you'd like to be sent a shipping label, please email us.

REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 5-10 business days for processing your store credit. Once  processed your store credit will be sent to your email address.
